As an award-winning and chartered professional fire engineer, Raymond brings a wealth of experience to his role as an Associate at Crossfire. Renowned for simplifying complex technical issues into effective solutions, Raymond is adept at navigating the intricate regulatory landscape of fire engineering.

With a background as a Fire Engineer at Fire and Emergency NZ, Raymond has previously provided advice to building consent authorities and has participated in projects as a regulatory stakeholder.

During his time at Crossfire, Raymond has developed a strong track record of leading and delivering the fire engineering design for complex projects, with notable examples including the redevelopment of the heritage HB Building, Starship Hospital PICU expansion and Atrium Redevelopment, IKEA Auckland, and the Auckland Integrated Rail Management Centre (AIRMC) for KiwiRail. His experience extends to serving as an expert witness in legal dispute resolution.
